I had an amazing experience here, the owner was very helpful and communicate at all the possible options for repairs and parts. The repair was done quickly and I'm very happy with the quality and the results. Add a cracked phone screen and a bad USB port and it's been seamless for months now.
It was a small issue when picking up but they responded within minutes of an email and bent over backwards to facilitate pickup. Very happy overall!!
I had a great experience with CellFix 911. I contacted them about an issue with my drone, and before even taking payment, the owner personally called me and walked me through possible software-related issues and repair procedures to try first. He was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping solve the problem rather than immediately charging for repairs. He also followed up afterward with additional information and recommendations. That level of customer service is rare these days. Highly recommend.
