Definitely recommend… We’ve used them for several years for regular maintenance and Monday evening. At 7:30 PM, we realized Our AC stopped working… called and left a message… Received a phone call first thing 8:30 AM Tuesday morning and Technician Alec showed up at 11:30 AM on Tuesday morning… Worked throughout the afternoon including rain thunderstorm… And obtaining a new part on the other side of Manassas, to get our AC up and running… Temperature was Brutal in the house and outside temperature in the high 90s… heat index above 100.
My only comment would be that their hours are listed until 8 PM and we called before that time. It would’ve been nice... read full review

My semi-annual service went very well. The technician was very thorough and documented every step with photos which he used in the service review. Some issues were noted for possible future replacemen

Today, Brooks Heating and Air installed a UV Lamp to our AC unit that will eliminate mold on the drain pans. As always, the job was efficiently and professionally done. Great service and a great job, as usual. If you live in Northern Virginia, they have our highest recommendation. You should make them your HVAC professionals.
