We had a very frustrating experience with this company. We had set aside our morning after being told that their technician would arrive between 9:00 and 9:30. After not hearing from them by 9:45, we called and then were told that they were delayed and their technician would arrive in approximately an hour. Didn't happen. Then the technician called about an hour an a half later and said he still was at least an hour away. When he arrived, he was the opposite of apologetic; and told us we had to understand why our expectations weren't valid. It's not pleasant dealing with someone who is so customer un-responsive. We highly recommend using this service. Spoke with Tony, he gave us a quote, and scheduled him to come out to do our carpets. He called us when he was headed our way and when he got here, set up his equipment and went to work on the carpets. Tony was very pleasant, answered my husbands questions and used his time efficiently. The carpets look great! It's nice to know that during the Covid Pandemic there are folks like Tony who are willing to do a great job despite having to be safe and wear a mask!

I highly recommend this service, they are true professionals and do excellent work. I did price comparisons and Bianchi came out on top. I had upholstery and area rugs cleaned and Tony never once tried to up sell me, everything I wanted was included in the original quote. I plan to use this business again when it's time for my carpets to be cleaned.
