I came here about two months ago, and I am still furious about what happened. I walked in with hair I had been growing for three years — long, healthy, and something I was so proud of. I showed the stylist a clear picture of exactly what I wanted, and I even explained that I only wanted a trim to keep my length. Instead, she chopped all my hair off and gave me a bob cut up to my neck. My three years of patience, care, and growth were gone in a matter of minutes.

Avoid this place at all costs. Booked an appointment online. Arrive only to be told the girl was leaving but I could come back tomorrow. Supposed to be color and cut, so I ask if I can just get a haircut? Yeah no. The receptionist couldn’t even get up out of a chair to address me properly, kept her phone in her hand to keep texting. I’m hard of hearing and to have to ask her to repeat herself multiple times is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. If there was a problem with my appointment, then I should have been called at the very least. Stay away.

Best Image has been coloring, cutting, and styling my hair for years. They put a lot of care into my hair which is super important to me after trying so many different colors throughout the years from black to burgundy to blonde to brown. I appreciate them always taking their time with me and making sure my hair remains healthy.
