Terrific company!
We had an unexpected issue with our furnace and called our go-to heating and air company yesterday. Jose arrived as scheduled, quickly figured out the issue, and had our furnace running in no time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It's such a relief knowing we have a company we can always count on!
Excellent service! Jose came out to our house same day we called, diagnosed the issue, got the part the next day and had it installed same day. He was readily available on his cell, explained everything thoroughly and highly professional. Highly recommend.
I cannot recommend A-Advantage highly enough! I’ve encountered multiple HVAC companies that seem to be staffed with salesman more than technicians, and when they tell me to replace something I never know how to tell whether they are trustworthy. With A-Advantage, I don’t have any doubt.
Recently, one of their technicians, Jose, was able to diagnose and repair an issue with my unit where another company told me the only option was to replace. Jose was great throughout the process and helped explain everything along the way working late into the evening to get the job done.
