having the name brand doesnt mean alot. corporate supports franchise so little. the chemicals it delivers are priced to reflect the savings the franchise saves on transportation and nothing else. you could prolly save a few bucks by shopping at target ot walmart. ONLY IF YOU DETEST USING A CARPET WAND would i recommend using these people, as at least a full third of your money goes to corporate.
Great experience with ServiceMaster! Chris Osborne's professionalism, experience and help gave insight and helped everything work out. There were understandable delays due to weather, that made it impossible to work. The minute things cleared the were quick in with an ample team. They were thorough, professional, sensitive to concerns or questions and efficient. The team leaders, Robert and over both days, Brandon kept us informed and involved in the disposition things. No one would want to clean up sewage, right? Wrong! I was referred to ServiceMaster of Warrenton/Culpeper, and from the moment I spoke with Natalie I was reassured! She lined up a crew to come right away to clean up this mess. After I was able to get a plumber out to fix the problem, Natalie sent the crew back out the next day to clean up after the plumbers. I was shocked when I received the invoice - I would have paid double the price! Service Master provided excellent and speedy service for a reasonable price.Service: Sewage cleanup
