I made the mistake of scheduling way too many estimates. Most of them showed up very hard sell and, frankly, pushy. Cowan arrived, took care of the estimate and left. No pressure, no hard sell. The estimate was detailed and easy to understand. Replacing a roof is a huge investment and as a retired person, I wanted the best job for the best price. Cowan was not the cheapest but they were far and away far below most of the companies that submitted bids. They came the day of installation and it was seamless. They were professional, the job was done beautifully (they even blew all the leaves off my carport while cleaning up!) and they made the payment process so easy. I couldn't be happier. The team was great, I was able to keep the work local which helps our local small businesses, and the work was outstanding. If you need a new roof, call Cowan.
