I slipped on ice at work and was dreading the urgent care process. Dr. Hankins was so thorough, gentle, and actually listened to me! He made the experience pleasant and seamless. My xray tech was also very kind! The office got me in super quickly too and the whole thing took less than 2 hours, even with xrays!

I’m literally in tears writing this review. Last night, I had what we thought was an allergic reaction to Doritos, something I’ve smacked on my entire life. I ended up taking Benadryl and slept the night away. When i got up today, I could not swallow as my tongue had swollen. I got to urgent care and was greeted by Josh & Melinda and I got reassurance “We are going to take good care of you”?? then They took me back where Lauren came in and she said the exact same words. I instantly before the shots started feeling better having a team like this who showed so much compassion. This place saved the day for me. I was in town for my daughter's wedding and came down with a nasty sinus infection. The people there were wonderful, I was in an out quickly and got the treatment I needed to feel much better in a few short hours. They were so helpful and understanding. Great people here! And the wedding turned out perfectly! ?
