I have rented several things here and Zack is awesome to work with. I appreciate his quick responses and fair prices. He's very accommodating and the process is simple. With the new website it's even easier to rent. I'll continue to rent from him to assist my growing business needs.
Zach is an excellent business owner; prompt with replies and service. I had an issue with a piece of equipment during a week-long rental and he fixed it promptly so I could resume work! Will continue to work with him in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking for heavy equipment rental
My wife and I purchased a shed from Gerald at the Bedford Location and had a great experience. Best deal on a shed around that we could find. This shed was for a Pool House for our pool and wasn't the exact color we wanted, but Gerald kept us in mind and before taking delivery of our shed another one came in just like it but in the color we wanted. Gerald remembered the color we wanted and called us to let us know this new shed was unloading and allowed us to switch to the color we wanted. Great Customer Service! A++
