Campbell's Heating & Air in Madison Heights Virginia recently installed both the outside unit as well as the inside unit at my house. They were the greatest ! They didn't leave a mess and did an excellant job with the installation from start to finish. They took the time to explain the unit how it work, the warranties , as well as how to use the thermostat on the wall. The pricing was exceptional, far less then others that i price checked . They provide excellant follow-up services. Plus the system was top of the line, a Trane. You can't beat these guys. If you go somewhere else you are wasting your time and money.
