We have been taking our dogs to this vet office for the past few years. They have given our dogs exceptional care and service each time. We have one dog who can be reactive due to past traumas before we got him. Dr. Marshall has always taken extra time and care with him to build his trust in her as his vet. This past week he got sick. I came home to an alarming amount of blood in his stool. My phone was not working properly and my only option was to rush him over there without an appointment. They took him no questions asked. I changed here a few years ago and I am sooo glad I did! They have an extremely nice staff. Every time I go they are pretty good about being on time and sometimes earlier than scheduled! A+++

We LOVE the staff and service we receive at Timberlake Animal Hospital! They always meet our needs right away for our pets young & old with kindness and compassion. They follow up a few days (or sooner) after a visit to check on the pet that was seen. Dr Marshall and everyone on the staff are just amazing & their love of our pets is obvious! I’m especially grateful for the wisdom & expertise Dr. Marshall applies when giving her recommendations for treatment for our elderly dog, She helps us reasonably assess risk & cost vs. expected outcome/quality of life to guide us in making a decision we won’t regret.
