I’ve ordered flowers from them twice and they have been nothing more than excellent in their customer service and delivery times! Even when I had to change the address last minute for a delivery! They were very friendly and understanding and made it on time to the new address! 5 out of 5 would recommend!!
I am rarely impressed enough to write a review or recommendation about things. But the people and product at The Hip Tulip go so far above and beyond that I really needed to. We have lived in Lynchburg for 30 years, and feel we have found a florist who we can call the best. Our first experience came when someone from out of town found the shop online, and had an arrangement delivered to us. We had never seen anything as unique and stunning as this arrangement, and our guests expressed the same sentiment. More recently, we had a wonderful experience with Jessica and Kelli that demonstrated an amazing degree of commitment to customer satisfaction. Another amazing arrangement from some amazing people. Everything we’ve gotten from the shop has been the pinnacle of floral design and artistry. Very unique and cool.
The Hip Tulip is fantastic! Kelli and her team did my wedding florals and they were breathtaking. She was attentive to what I wanted and made my vision come to life. I requested a mix between dried and fresh florals, and she nailed it. She is professional and easy to work with. I would 100% recommend The Hip Tulip!
