“I started my tattoo “journey” at caspian. Have gotten four tattoos done by them. I like each one, don’t get me wrong. I came as a walk in for my last tattoo. The only reason why I knocked off a star was because I felt like more detail could’ve been added to the flowers, especially for the price of the tattoo, and instead I feel like it kind looks like a stencil. When I asked how much it’d cost to get shading done, they’d said their minimum was 80, which seems a bit over price in my opinion. Other than that, all of the workers are very friendly there.“

“My son graduated from high school this past weekend. His father came to town from out of the country and they decided to get him a tattoo together. This Body Art shop allows for walk ins and my son saw Shawna.

She was kind and accommodating. She drew up a sketch, which was pretty simple but the shaded in part really made the piece pop. My son is an artist himself and really appreciated the precision of her line art. He got the tattoo on his back and around his shoulders. He said it didn't hurt too bad. Shawna seemed to have a steady hand. She applied witchhazel between the outline and shading work to help with inflammation. She had a list of after care recommendations, including more homeopathic options.

The vibe of the shop was really great. There ended up being several of us in the shop cracking jokes with other artists and each other. The music was great and the whole set up was very professional while still being laid back and comfortable. The restroom for customers was clean and everyone working seemed to be competent and kind.
