MyEyeDr provides quick and effective exams, with accurate prescriptions. The office is nice and the doctor is friendly. However, some staff members may be rude and unhelpful. Despite this issue, the business offers good customer service and reasonable prices. The doctor is highly praised, and patients appreciate the helpful and nice staff.
Great place! From check in to check out I was pleased. I was impressed by the fact that they had to squeeze in an entire family who drove an hour and a half for their appointment with a different location but that doctor was sick and didn’t come in, so they made it happen as a team for that family and my wait still was not bad at all. I can’t say enough good things about Shelly who helped me with my glasses and pricing! Great personality and knowledgeable!
Wonderful first time visit. Online booking was easy. Completed check-in online. Things were ready when I arrived and I was taken back within a couple of mins. The exam was swift and comfortable. Each person I worked with was excellent. I didn’t get the first lady’s name; but she, Dr Ayers and Maddie made my visit beyond comfortable and pleasant. Thank you
I had my eyes examined & I was seated with Courtney to pick out glasses. COURTNEY explained the different options available for glasses. I am partial to the Ernest Hemingway collection. She helped With picking out the tortoise color. COURTNEY was very professional & helpful.
