Used this shop for the first time yesterday after reading the very positive feedback online. Made an appointment for 8:30am for a brake check/replacement, oil change, and inspection. Unlike a lot of places, I was treated like the first customer of the day. I was called within an hour of drop-off to be advised of their findings and quoted for brakes. Parts costs are pretty uniform, no huge markup, and the labor was standard, maybe a little cheaper. All the work was done by noon. Joe and staff have not completed major jobs for me but they are always friendly and personable. Joe is a great guy and is very trustworthy. Can't ask for more in a mechanic and automotive shop. Anyone who doesn’t give 5 stars is not being fair. Every other mechanic I have been to is either rude, unhelpful, or rips you off.
