My daughter in law and I always used Lous nails for ladies day out. This last time we were there we were handed a mask to wear. We thanked the lady and put them on. When we paid they charged us $26 each instead of the normal $25. When asked if they had gone up the lady told us no. There was a $1 charge for the mask. With Covid 19 things are bad enough for a lot of people. Why add insult to injury and charge a high price for something all business give for free. Be grateful for the business you have Lou. If you are going to charge let people know upfront. Will not do business with anyone who is just simply money hungry and think only of themselves. Will not be going back...read full review

They were so nice! I have super thin nails but it was time to get a new set of acrylics put on and he was really gentle with taking them off. I also had my sister in law and my god daughter getting theirs done with me. They all turned out awesome! I've been to several of the salons around town and they all have their cons. A good amount of them don't fully cover your nail with the product or rush or just don't pay attention, not Lou nails! They were very meticulous in covering the nail and very careful! Highly recommend this nail salon!
