When I first went I was kind of nervous,But I have gotten used to the young ladies there and they are good people,I love the camera where you can watch the dogs play and he has a lot of energy so he is tired when he gets home
I was nervous taking my pup to anyone initially, got a few recommendations to check out K-9 Cloud 9. Absolutely love taking my pup here. She goes here for their day care and boarding. She literally jumps out of my car and jumps around excited to go inside. And everytime we go everyone is always welcoming and friendly, they definitely put my mind at ease with the care of my fur baby.
I was in a pinch as I was driving from Winchester to Lynchburg for a marching band championship and couldn’t drop my dog Rosco off at the place I had anticipated in Winchester. K9 Cloud 9 got back to my email within 10 minutes frantically asking questions about having him in daycare for the day while we helped with our band. They were more than accommodating and Rosco was a real hit there and had so much fun! Needless to say he slept the whole way home back to Berryville. Thank you!
