Sophie did an amazing job on my hair! I have A TON of hair and wanted to go from brunette to dimensional blonde so it was quite a job but it turned out amazingly and I’m so grateful.

Wow, I haven't shopped at JCP in years. They have really upped their game. I was very impressed & able to find exactly what I needed. I also like the fact that they have a Rewards program & you don't need to have a JCP credit card to utilize it.

My sister and I visited this salon for an eye brow wax today. After I had my eye brows down, I looked in the mirror and noticed that they were not perfect, but figured I would just touch them up at home. When we were finished, we paid and tipped as normal. The price was well above normal for our area. When we left and walked around the store, we noticed our eye brows definitely did not look like sisters, but distant cousins... we went back within 30 minutes and were given the excuse that our eyes were not even... and that this is why they were not done correctly.
