My wife and I have been taking yoga there for a little more than three years. There are classes scheduled every day for all (different) levels. Great instructors and the students are fun to be around.

Went to yoga this morning at James River Yoga and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The instructor just so happened to be my math teacher from middle school (small world, huh?) and he is an excellent instructor of both math and yoga.

James River Yoga gets my highest rating. The instructors are very well trained and deliver a class that you will NEVER FORGET!!!!!!! I am confident in saying that yoga is "the fountain of youth". I wish that I had been practicing it for more time than I actually have. And James River Yoga has been the absolute best introduction of yoga that I could have possible found here in Lynchburg. I'm so grateful that JRY is here and accessible to me many times during the week. Try it. It's wonderful!!!!
