I am so happy a friend told me about this salon! It is absolutely amazing!!!! From the moment you enter into the salon it has a calming atmosphere. I was welcomed and escorted to my hairstylist station offered a beverage! All of the salons in MD do not have that much hospitality! My hairstylist was absolutely wonderful; she gave me an amazing hair cut! The salon was so clean, chic, and comfortable with such a wonderful atmosphere! I would highly recommend coming here! The best place I have ever gone to get a hair cut!

I have been getting my hair done here for years by Lori O. She's amazing. She's honest and truly knows her stuff. She took the time to work me thru a severe color correction the right way, rather than a quick fix. I've been seeing her ever since. She's one of the only people I know who can cut my fine hair in a way that allows it to grow out without looking stringy. I love Lori!

I worked at Innovations for a year before having to relocate and I can not say enough GOOD things about this salon. The staff is extremely professional and personal, the salon itself it's by far the cleanest I have ever worked in, and the environment in general was awesome. They're so invested in the business and are constantly working to help the salon grow! I loved working here �
