People don’t look forward to planning funerals or memorials, but the staff at Heritage Funeral Service and Crematory made the difficult responsibility comprehensible and less complicated. Glenn expertly assisted us with my mother’s preliminary cremation arrangements, answering all our questions which allowed us to relax and enjoy our last years with my mother. When it came time for the memorial service, April was a true Godsend. Her gracious demeanor and helpfulness guided and comforted us through every step. She made us feel like we were working with a caring family member. April and the rest of the staff were professional and compassionate before, during and following the memorial service. We will always be grateful and indebted for their assistance during a very trying time.
