Amber was extremely rude. I had to make 4 trips to the Geek Squad to get my information transferred to my new computer. I'm giving them 3 stars for Kenneth who initially helped me but is no longer working for Best Buy and the weekend crew who where able to help.

Geek Squad is the best. We’ve used them for a year and it’s easy to use. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They don’t make you feel stupid even if you’re just confused. I love the appointments.

The Lynchburg Best Buy store has an awesome group of Geek Squad technicians. They are prompt, curtious, very knowledgeable and friendly. Can't ask for anything more. Thanks guys for a job well done on my laptop.
