My ex and I worked with Peter for multiple years for our personal and business taxes. He was often hard to get a hold of, and we would need to reach out 3, sometimes 5, times before receiving a response. When my ex and I went through our separation, I never received any responses from Peter, he ended up working solely with my ex without any explanation to me or notification that he wouldn’t be able to work with me, suddenly leaving me without a CPA during tax season. Additionally, my ex and I had about 20k worth of credits from our last year filing together that I never received and all went to my ex.
