Logan Richardson was the technician who came by on Oct 24. Logan called me before he came. He listened to my concerns and went about his work. I will definitely be renewing my contract with Dodson for the upcoming year.

Our technician, James R. Jamerson, is friendly and does a good job. He always lets us know he's in the building and asks about potential problems. We have a preschool/daycare on the premises so lots of crumbs end up on the floor but bugs are rarely a problem.If we have a problem between scheduled visits he responds quickly!

Dodson is very responsive, and reliable. Upon my own discovery of termites a few years ago, I called them, and they were at my house within days to treat, and inspect my entire house…interior and exterior.
