I’ve been training at Checkmat Lynchburg for a little under two years and cannot say enough good things about this gym. The training and instructors are stellar and the people are very friendly and welcoming. Both their adults and kids program are absolutely top of the line.

I have been training at Checkmat Lynchburg for a little over week, and I have loved every part! The professors, coaches, and teammates provide a safe, enjoyable, and clean environment to train in. Everyone here is extremely humble and makes you feel right at home. The gym is also filled with solid competitors, so this is the perfect place for hobbyists or competitors. I have been to multiple gyms across the nation, and this is definitely one of the best. I am thrilled to be able to call Checkmat Lynchburg my new Jiu Jitsu home.

Our children have been training at Checkmat for 6 months now, and we are so thankful. The professors are observant and attentive. The students are friendly and honorable. The parents are a delight to meet. Our children are growing in strength and coordination. They look forward to every class!
