My son has had so many issues with your testing program. It keeps freezing and locking him out. He’s beyond frustrated.
Edit: I do not feel the need to email you. My internet is top notch. His computer is brand new. And he got locked out here and at his father’s home. We have two different Internet providers so it’s not us. A couple of questions are worded wonky, as well as one has the answer completely wrong. The issues should not be there see this is a paid for service. You should know your content before posting it online for students to use. Look over all of it and find the issues.
