This is the BEST dentist I’ve ever been to! The staff goes above and beyond. Dr. Pearlman is AMAZING. I had a very traumatic experience with my last dentist. The last dentist told me I needed all these things done and quoted me THOUSANDS of dollars. Dr. Pearlman and his staff took me in and made sure that I was getting things done that I actually needed. They are very understanding and so supportive. They turned my teeth around in the matter of 5 days. My husband and I had our first appointment with Dr. Pearlman today after our long time dentist in Fredericksburg retired. Based on availability and acceptance of our dental insurance, we tried another dental office in Louisa and wasn’t satisfied at all. After looking for other dentists closer to home and talking with friends, we were told about Dr. Pearlman. We were welcomed by staff from the time we came through the door and left feeling like we were family. Everyone was professional, kind, and took the time to listen to our needs. I had my first cleaning done today and they did an excellent job with the X-rays and going over what they saw. Then did an amazing cleaning with Mr Pearlman to oversee everything at the end. I feel that I'm in good hands.
