My past experience was pretty good. Just started at a different location. Too soon to review. But I can say they did help me get in the next day after going to the wrong location. So 4 stars to the scheduling department!
This was my first visit. I was told that a therapist called in and they were short staffed. I felt bad for them but for a first visit I don't feel I was given proper attention for a first visit
I am so glad that we have such a quality, professional Physical Therapy business in Louisa County! Everyone there is courteous and professional in their job and I have been to another PT place and we have a top notch one here in Ivy Louisa! I thank Tammy and Kyla for helping me regain my strength and mobility after knee replacement. They always pushed me to do more while understanding my limits in the beginning. I thank them both and since I will be having my left knee replaced next year, I WILL BE BACK.
