1st time visiting a couple weeks ago, decided to give it a chance since I noticed it was under new management and I’m so glad I did! I had an absolutely AMAZING experience with Mimi doing my nude dipping and spa pedi - I’m used to SNS dipping but it has been by far THE best experience I’ve had!!

Mimi was very thorough, helped me achieved the clean, polished look I wanted by matching me with the perfect shade and almost 3 weeks later - it looks like new! My search for the perfect salon is now over 🥰
Highly recommend you visit Mimi and Vin, you will not regret it!

Lily - THANK YOU so much for being so kind and caring! I walked into Vivian's after having a not so pleasant some other place and desperately needed some love for my poor nails. Lily welcomed me as soon as I walked in and was so sweet and caring through out the whole appointment. Understand the pain I was feeling and she was gentle and I am SO PLEASED with the results. I feel blessed that I found Lily and can't wait to come back again!

I have my go to nail tech who always does a great job on my acrylics however it is very unprofessional and rude to ask your customer for a tip. I've been going here for a while to the same technician and usually tip after every service, but I notice I am being asked to leave a tip. When I didn't have it to tip after a service I was asked why? Definitely contemplating on returning after this which sucks b/c I love how the tech does my nails.
