Had a problem with my subwoofer and I called and spoke with the owner, Lo. I explained what was going on and said he could take care of the problem. I was surprised that he was able to give me a quote and a time estimate by what I told him. I came in on my appointment and not only did he repair the problem in less time than quoted but I was charged less. He went out of his way and told me what the issue was, and explained everything and showed me the work that he had done.
