This place is terrible. I was going there for a while. Then I get something from my insurance company saying they don't take my insurance anymore. No one in the office said anything to me. I canceled an appointment and they tried to charge my insurance. The people at the front desk do not know what they are doing. I found a really nice doctor in Rose Hill. If I could put 0 stars I would!!!
What is the point of having an urgent care facility if they are booked with appointments??? Waited for over an hour and they said it could be a couple more before I was seen. Left and went to Inova ER and was taken within 5 minutes!
The signs says walk-ins are welcome. The live agent said the wait time is 1-2 hrs. Two+ hours, I have yet to be seen. Very disappointed in the waiting. I will definitely seek other medical facilities.
