“Our 17 year old dog was really struggling so we took him in yesterday, fearing the worst. Of course, an hour or so before our appt., the dog showed new signs of life & was was running everywhere. Spoiler alert: We brought him home. We consulted with Dr. Burbrink upon arrival. She was unbelievable. She came in, sat with us, told us that we can expect many more ups and downs, then examined our dog and gave him some meds for muscles and for pain. He seems to be doing much better. We know we're only buying time, but it's important time. Dr. Burbrink was so kind, so understanding, so patient. she took the time to explain to us what was going on with him and the intended goal of the treatment plan. She got down on the floor to examine him and was so nice to him. He doesn't always tolerate people, but she was great and the dog was nice to her. But I really wanted to post a review because she really was just exceptional.“

“Laura has been our pet sitter for years. We always feel so much better planning a trip or any time away knowing that she will take good care of our cats. She leaves detailed notes and sends pictures with each visit to let us know how things are going. Sometimes I think they are excited when we leave because they know that Laura will come to visit them !“

“Our dogs love this place. In the morning when we get ready they want their harnesses on so they can go. If they could, they would go every day! (This is now true going on almost 6+ years)
The staff is super friendly and a delight.
That said, a word of caution regarding change in policies. The passes, that are paid for in advance, now expire in 6 months. IMHO, that is not nice. The passes aren't that heavily discounted, they are paid for up front, and so to me personally that will only discourage folks like me from paying in advance and instead cause congestion by lining up to pay when picking up.“

“We’ve been visiting Kaiser for grooming appointments for the last 8 years for our two corgis. Laura and her team has always been incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and loving with our corgis…one of whom doesn’t love the grooming process. So it’s no surprise that we reached out to her for advice when our corgi, Gatsby, was having intense resource guarding issues. I reached out for advice as I was feeling like we had no choice but to rehome him. She offered to come over the next day to assess his behavior and offer some training support as a last ditch effort. I am SO glad I did because he has been a changed dog the last several months. We’ve worked with countless trainers on this issue and none suggested the strategies she offered but her strategies worked almost immediately. She looked at him holistically and offered ideas for us to build his trust, offer a calmer environment, all while managing his problematic behaviors. We went from feeling like we had no chance but to rehome Gatsby to feeling confident about supporting him and his needs. We can’t recommend Laura and her team enough!“

Angie met with me one on one where she answered all my questions and explained next steps/future lessons. After my three other one on one sessions, Angie truly cared about my dog. She was responsive, attentive to her behaviors and supportive of me, both in class and via text. Needless to say, I have a well mannered dog now that enjoys learning more in dog class.
