We have depended Oasis for over 30 years and have never been disappointed in their service. They are a top-notch company with highly skilled technicians and caring staff. Last Friday afternoon our water heater broke. Our replacement was not in stock so they ordered one. On the following Monday they drove 2 1/2 hours to pick up the correct replacement and installed it that day.
By early afternoon they were done and we had hot water again.
When it was time to replace our old HVAC the owner spent about an hour with us reviewing the various systems and explaining why the one he recommended was the best
I wanted to compliment Greg and Brandon for their professional approach to our Heating/AC inspection. They are great ambassadors for your company. Brandon remembered us from last years inspection and it was nice to have a personal touch to the work being done. They answered our questions and gave us peace of mind for our system having no issues. They had the labor divided up so they were finished in very short order and we talked about replacing our return vent with one that we could access easier and replace the filters with greater ease. Very satisfied with the service and glad we have Oasis as our Heating and Air service provider.
Oasis Heating, A/C provided emergency service on my flower cooler last week. I am an event florist and was expecting a large flower delivery for a weekend wedding. Without a cooler, I was in big trouble. I was impressed with the help provided by Betsey, of the office staff, who listened to my problem (and panic) and promptly provided a same-day solution. Greg and Brandon, the 2 technicians who worked on my cooler were professional, efficient and able to fix the problem the same day. I have not been so fortunate with other service companies. I highly recommend the services of Oasis.
