We had McDaniel Service out today for frozen pipes and the service was excellent as always. Jose has been our plumber for years-he’s professional knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything.
Will Melendez was very polite knew exactly what I needed and they showed up on time and were very friendly and very professional recommend their service to everyone. They’ve done work in my condo before so I knew I was gonna get a good job done thank y’all very much appreciate it and merry Christmas and happy new year to you and your families and I will be using your service in the future. We just had our heating system checked ahead of the upcoming winter season. Juan was thorough, checking the boiler and all radiators to ensure they were heating up appropriately. He answered all our questions with clear, detailed explanations of what he was checking and what he found. He was followed by Chris, who performed a thorough plumbing check. He found several items and recommended easy fixes we could take care of ourselves. Chris also answered all our questions with clear and detailed explanations.
