Fall check up of furnace. Technician was great and forth coming. He has been to my house before so I know I am getting excellent advice. One complaint about McCarthy is the sales department makes too many calls for marketing. Please stop. It’s annoying and interrupting to get at least 3 to 4 calls a week. As for scheduling, I selected a date that suits my schedule. I don’t have to be reminded every day that your company is in the neighbor, do you want your visit earlier.

It was one of the best experiences I have had for such a major purchase. The representative was knowledgeable and calm. No pressure sales tactics. I was presented with several choices and left to make my own decisions. Also, the installation of the furnace and central air unit went smoothly and expeditiously. A big shout out to Josh Biehl!

Techs were great. Professional. Knew their jobs. Couple issues arose due to the location of heat pump in a closet on the balcony. Techs made adjustments and got the job done. Very happy with their work ethic and patience. Will definitely be using McCarthy again.
