Recently I had an interview for a network engineer position with iomaxis. By far it was the most unprofessional experience I have ever came across. The hiring manager William Rannefeld joined the meeting 17 minutes late then proceeded to tell me he only has about 12 minuets for the interview. After answering all the questions he asked he proceeds to tell me he will be setting up 2 additional interviews (technical and behavioral) and asked if I’d like them on different dates or back to back. Then We discuss about salary. Couple of hours later I get a email from HR kedra upshaw that they will be pursuing other candidates. I reached out and asked her if it was a mistake and they didn’t even bother to reply. It was a quick interview with little technical questions that were answered with no issues, how do they make a decision if it wasn’t technical nor behavioral and shows up late then proceeds to lie, if I knew I wouldn’t have wasted my time applying and interviewing.
