Flooring Experts did a full demo and replacement of our hardwood floor in an open kitchen/living area of our condo in DC. The project manager was involved from start to finish, including in person meeting to select materials, overseeing the start of the project on day 1, and checking in on the finished install. The work itself was done very efficiently; over the course of two days the entire floor was installed. The team was very careful with all our home goods and even helped moved the heavy furniture back in place at the end. I am very happy with the craftsmanship, communication, and quick turnaround!
Worked with Ali K through a restoration project. He and his crew were impeccable and professional. Throughout the entire process from the initial visit (which included picking out the materials) to the weekly updates (for the ordering updates) to the material drop offs and finally to the work date, I was notified when appropriate. HUGE 5 STARS
My mom is elderly and as one can imagine she is not able to move much furniture to prepare for the work. The crew was gracious enough to move furniture as they went and were able to get 3 rooms done all in 2 days (we had a small little hiccup).
