We used Commonwealth a few years ago to install a new HVAC system and we had a wonderful experience! They were professional, honest and down to earth. Just recently, my parents had a leak from their AC and so we immediately recommended this company! The work was straightforward about the problem and the exact cost up front, and fixed the problem within an hour. After all the horror stories I have heard about other companies, we will stick with Commonwealth!
They were absolutely amazing! Came in and told us our options and was completely stress free. The technicians were very professional when installing my hvac. This is a great company use them for all your needs!!

With the winter storm expected to hit the northern VA area later this evening I called Commonwealth Cooling & Heating in a panic to address our heat going out with no warning. I was given a window of 11-3 and promptly they arrived diagnosed the issue and fixed our heating along with some much needed education on how to properly schedule cleanings. Paired with their affordable pricing- needless to say their business card has earned a place our fridge. Within 30 minutes all of my worries subsided as I write this review from the pedicure chair at the spa. If you’re in the Lorton area look no further.
