Highly recommended! Great location in a shopping center with plenty of parking. Didn’t take long to get an appointment for myself and 2 kiddos. The staff was extremely helpful and patient with us (my son took a bit to find his glasses). Dr. Frederick was informative and kind. I appreciated her easy to understand answers and examples.
Dr. Frederick is truly exceptional. I actually got emotional during my appointment because she was the first eye doctor who really understood my situation. My case is complicated because of my lazy eye and how my brain compensates, and she immediately recognized what was going on. She even explained why other doctors in the past focused only on my left eye and ignored the right, which finally made everything make sense to me. She was patient, gentle, and never rushed me. She kept adjusting the prescription until it matched what both of my eyes needed, and she explained everything clearly. This was my 2nd eye appointment and eyeglass purchase with this office. 10/10 I will definitely recommend. They had me in and out in 1 hour. This included my office visit and ordering my new glasses.
