I recently ordered a get well arrangement from this florist, and I have never had an experience like this before—in the best possible way! Shortly after placing my order, they emailed to let me know the container shown on the website was no longer available. Instead of just substituting something on their own, they sent me photos of several alternative containers and even discussed how the arrangement could be adjusted to match each option.
