I called because of a sump pump issue, in the afternoon, got an appointment for the next day. Jason and Jacob were on time, called ahead to let me know they were on their way, and then got right to work diagnosing the problem. jason explained the cause, gave me options for fixing it, and got the job done. Jason and Jacob were courteous and professional. I would say that they exceeded expectations, but based on our prior experience with this company, it is more like they did an excellent job just as we expected.

Highly recommend The Plumbing Express. I had a broken sump pump and they were able to schedule right away and offered a competitive price. Technicians arrived on time, were friendly and professional. They explained all possible options and suggested replacement for what fit my needs. There was No pressure sales tactics at all! While they were here I asked if they could look at a loose toilet and a few other items listed on my inspection report.
