This was my first visit to Salon20 and one of the better choices I have made in regard to my hair. The gal who is the owner and operator is so friendly, professional and accommodating. She listened to what I felt was wrong with my hair. Which there was nothing really "wrong" with it, but only needing a trim and understanding that the grey coming in does change the texture of your hair. She explained simple ways to manage my hair on a daily basis without an hour with gels, cremes, irons etc. She did not push any products on me.
