Chris Brook did an excellent job during the maintenance. He noticed immediately that there was a leak and corrected the issue. We also had issues with the air distribution, and he fixed the problem and showed us how to handle it in the future. He was professional and very approachable.

I want to give a huge thank you to Richard, the General Manager at Loving Air, and the entire team who helped me recently. Two months ago, the HVAC drain in my attic overflowed and caused part of the ceiling in my son’s bathroom to collapse.
Loving Air was at my house within hours, and they didn’t just fix the problem—they went above and beyond. They rerouted my electrical system so the unit will automatically shut off if the drain ever overflows again. Richard himself came out that day to inspect the damage, and the entire team was polite, friendly, and efficient, as always.
