We just had our entire house of carpet removed as well as our tub enclosure to transition our house and bathroom into handicap accessible for my aging grandparents. The work that was done is of the finest quality, skill and passion you would want, need and expect from a small local business. You can also expect honesty and integrity with JK Carpets. Please understand this is not Lowes and Home Depot kind of work, this is the finest quality materials and the finest labor. We wanted to replace the builder grade carpets in our home. Jk Carpets made the process seamless! Kent listened to the two/three things we were undecided about and provided proposals for all options. Bethany is great at responding in a timely matter, as I know we are all busy. The installers showed up right one time, the carpet is beautiful and we cannot not be happier with the whole process and outcome. Coming from someone that doesn’t always see the best customer service, Jk Carpets not only met expectations but exceeded them!
Very very pleased with JK Carpets and products. I was having a hard time deciding which carpet and Kent was very patient and offered recommendations. It looks great in the basement. I hope to use them again to replace carpet upstairs.
