I wandered into Rockbridge Flooring not expecting to move forward with new countertops that day, but my experience with their team from start to finish was wonderful and I’m glad we did! Their work was excellent, they communicated well, and they went above and beyond to meet our expectations.
All of the employees at Rockbridge Flooring & More are top-shelf individuals. I found both Tammy & Kim to be patient with all of my pesky questions. Their suggestions were terrific... most of which, I followed precisely. The installers, Ben & Ian are very talented individuals and they were careful to honor each of my installation requests. In summary, the owner, James, and all of his staff members were an absolute pleasure to work with. My wife and I are delighted with their work and have decided to allow Rockbridge Flooring & More to enhance the flooring in three additional rooms in our home.
