Vita Family Medicine and Med Spa

I've been a patient here for a bit and was looking at the reviews. I don't need intense medical care or too much back and forth. The main Dr and pa's always see me for 30ish minutes and discuss all my concerns at my yearly physical. Phone calls are usually same business day.

I want to say that the negative reviews seen here are very much the opposite of my experience at Vita. Specifically, Matt Royster goes above and beyond and clearly cares about his patients. Front office staff are also very pleasant and helpful. I am very grateful to have found this practice and for Matt's thoughtful approach in caring for my family. I have tried several other family practices and pediatricians, and I don't think anyone even remembers my family from one visit to another. This is NOT the case with Vita - Matt is clearly interested in the ongoing health of my family.

I feel very fortunate that I found this doctor/medical group. Even the front desk people are always so kind when I walk into the office, and I am always treated with the utmost respect.The doctor and nurse listen to my concerns and takes them seriously. I feel very comfortable every time I go there.I would highly recommend them as a primary care doctor.
