With a CA “S” corporation and VA foreign corporation taxes are complex. Karen handled it well! Payroll was a mess because QuickBooks turned off the banking due to suspicion of fraud and blamed us and the bank for 5 months. Detective work to prove it was QuickBooks payroll!
