I took in my 98 year-old mother for an eye exam and Dr. Oei was awesome! Not only was she extremely patient, but she was extremely thorough and took time to explain everything to us. She provided information that other doctors either didn’t know or didn’t think was important to share and this has made a big difference in getting her the right glasses so she can see clearly. So glad we came here and I will definitely be back for my own visit!
This was one of the best eye appointments I’ve ever had. The doctor was not rushed, patiently explained things to me, used a large monitor to display and explain my retina photos, and gave me a “sample” of what my updated eyeglasses Rx would feel like on my eyes. I plan to return next year for my annual exam!
I scheduled my eye exam for Thursday afternoon and received a reminder phone call on Wednesday which is always nice seeing we have very busy lives and sometimes forget about appointments. I arrived at the office (a little small but it is part of the Leesburg Costco Store) I was greeted professionally and told that they would be right with me as she was finishing up the previous appointment.
