Only reason we come is for Dr. Moore. I’ve brought my son here for years and my last experience was very upsetting. I went to check in for my son’s well child and the lady at the front was not very polite. She brought up a balance and I tried explaining to her that I am currently trying to figure out what was going on with my son’s secondary insurance. If looks could talk her face would have said “I don’t believe you.” Then the nurse came to get us. I was jumped before even in the room about his vaccine record. We've loved having our children come here for their check-ups. We've been coming here for more than 15 years and have been impressed with the doctors' care and knowledge.
The staff, nurse Laura, and Dr. Moore are wonderful! As a new patient to this practice, after our previous pediatrician closed her practice, we were welcomed here by a friendly front desk receptionist, awesome doctor, and friendly nurse (who is also a rockstar at vaccines and a 2 year old!) I'm so glad we chose this practice based off of the reviews of other current patient's parents. Thanks for a great (and easy) 2 year visit!
