I visited the Leesburg Virginia office and I don't usually write reviews but the people here are so friendly. The lady that took care of my loan who was the branch manager spent extra time, went above and beyond what I expected to get me the cash I needed. That's not to mention while she was working I was having a conversation with another male associate and it's almost like we already knew each other. Great experience. I worked with Stephen and the manager Dave, both of which came in on a Saturday to help me. They were both very kind and professional. The whole process went very quickly and efficiently and I was able to get the funds that I needed to take care of something which came up regarding my home. Many thanks to OneMain Financial.
